An IRC Client. Baxter is a _skinnable_ IRC client for the BeOS. Much like mIRC, Baxter allows you to have your channels as tabs of one window, but for those used to other clients you can simply drag the tabs away from the window. Our Review: This is definitely the most well-known, if not the best IRC client for BeOS. Use it to chat with people from all over the globe and make new friends. Innovative interface, easy to use, well-supported and free. All in all, a fine package.
