PenInput is an 'online character recognition' program. It recognizes non-continuous handwriting on the fly and simulates it as keyboard input. When you first start PenInput, you'll see the main window with the input boxes and a window containing the list of predefined symbols. When you scribble these symbols into alternating boxes, PenInput will hopefully recognize them. Our Review:
