TimeCard Tracker is an easy-to-learn program designed to function as a timecard machine plus track employee data, automatically calculate hours worked, generate reports on about any aspect to timecard/employee information, messages and generate the information needed by payroll companies.
Our Review: TimeCard Tracker is a stand-alone FileMaker database that functions as a checkin/checkout timecard puncher for employee and payroll management. TimeCard Tracker has some nice "wizards" to assist in adding complete information on each employee and can manage sickleave, holiday pay etc. The interface is fine - password protection is included and a local messaging service allows employees to communicate with co-workers. TimeCard Tracker can generate reports and create payroll information to fax to payroll companies. The only downsides I could see in TimeCard Tracker are that it isn't networkable and works best with only single-week pay cycles.
This software's licence is Shareware - Trial Version, which means that the Software is provided at no charge to the user for an evaluation period. If you would like to continue using the Software after the evaluation period, you must purchase a license (register). A single user license allows the licensee to use the Software on any one computer at any one time. Site and worldwide license arrangements may be made by contacting the author / developer.
