It's a FileMaker 4.0 related DataBase solution for Macintosh and Windows. It manages the freelancer's and small companies job. There are archives for: Customers, Jobs, Operations and Billing. It controls payments, prints reports, calculates taxes and more. Very flexible and customizable. Our Review:WorkIs is a simple way to effectively manage your jobs database in a company that hires out services on a job-by-job basis. Using WorkIs you can easily manage your Customer database and correlate entries to associated jobs in the Jobs database. WorkIs also manages bill payments. Every aspect of WorkIs is easy to work with - all fields in records are searchable making data/job retrieval a pain-free process. (Requires FileMaker). |
