SPeechPrompter emulates with your laptop the professional prompting systems (costing thousands of dollars) used by political figures, business leaders, television commentators, stage performers. Developed in collaboration with Toastmasters International, a non-profit organization, the worlds leader in improving speech making and lecturing skills. Our Review: SPeechPrompter provides you with a prompting system on your laptop that will take any text you enter and scroll it at your own rate while high-lighting the appropriate portion for you to speak. Short-cut keys are provided to simply change the rate of the rate or to even pause the scroll entirely. Designed for the speech-maker, SPeechPrompter includes a time remaining/elapsed counter to aid in keeping to the allocated time. Multimedia files can be linked to appropriate places in the speech to be automatically shown to the audience (via an external monitor). This demo does not allow text to be altered and instead prompts you with the Gettysburg Address.
