Rearrange Folders
Rearrange Folders is a program which lets you optimize the positioning of windows of disks and folders in the Finder. You can specify where the window for a disk or folder should open and Rearrange Folders takes care that any folder inside that folder will open neatly stacked on top of the first folder so that your screen does not get so cluttered. Additionally, you can specify how the items in the windows should be ordered and you can choose whether to display the contents as icons, buttons or list view. Our Review: Rearrange Folders allows you to customise the views and location for individual windows within your system. This allows you to have certain windows always open in a specific location so that the windows will open in an orderly manner and be neatly arranged. Rearrange Folders is essential if, for instance, compiling a presentation CD where avoiding desktop clutter (and hence an unprofessional look) is essential.
