Jack O. Lantern is a friendly pumpkin for your Mac desktop. Mostly he just hangs around and watches whatever you're doing. But he also tries to scare you with a friendly "Boo!" when you click his nose. Our Review:Jack O. Lantern is an application designed to get your Macintosh into the Halloween spirit. Running Jack brings up a pumpkin with eyes that follow your cursor while you work. Periodically Jack will attempt to scare you with a quiet "Boo!" but mostly will provide amusement. Jack can also optionally 'float' over other applications so that its presence can be felt everywhere! |
