PCalc 2 is a new version of my veteran calculator application from 1992. It's a fully featured scientific calculator with support for hexadecimal and binary calculations, that works on Mac OS 8 and later, including Mac OS X. Our Review: PCalc is a very attractive and competent scientific calculator. The layout is clear and easy to manipulate and the features and functions included give PCalc a great deal of worth. PCalc performs calculations in decimal, hex, and binary - and can store 10 constants for each base you work in. It even has a cool minimise function that shrinks the window down to just a mere LCD-screen height. A number of built-in conversions (eg: grams to ounces) and the ability to implement hyperbolic trigonometric functions confirm PCalcs' status as an excellent calculator.
