Twistory
"Twistory" is a history browser. It displays the lifetimes and travels of historical figures, and dates and locations of historical events. It is a tool for keeping track of when and where things happened, and their relationships to each other. It is meant to provide a way to keep track of the multitude of different peoples, dynasties, empires and developments throughout history. Our Review: Twistory is a unique style of history viewer that presents the student with a map of the world on which there are icons relating to certain world events on the timeline. A comprehensive timeline is also included that describes battles, leaps in science, important literary achievements and much much more! The timeline is fully configurable as to what events to show and what to show on the map. There is, however, no descriptions given of the events - but Twistory is a great way to correlate events on a timeline with their world location.
