If you're looking for a powerful, true vector based Computer Assisted Drawing program that's reasonably priced... Then RealCADD is made for you. RealCADD is now available for Power Macintosh and Windows 95-98-2000. RealCADD has functions identical to certain sold much expensive commercial programs. For example, automatic attractions, quotations, a module of reading and writing DXF, the hatching and even the hatching combined several objects, dotted lines that RealCADD manages uninterrupted on the length developed of the rectangles and polygons and not only from node to node, multiple duplication, the cut and/or prolongation of lines... Our Review: RealCADD is a true vector CAD pragram, meaning that it can easily snap to points, tangents, etc, and allow very simple alterations. While you can create some decent drawings with ReadCADD, it seems to lack the build-qulity of the more established programs (it consists of 1 executable file only?!). The problems occur with simple tasks such as minimising the screen or zooming, and the lack of screentips is a real hassle for the first-time users. All in all RealCADD does a respectable job, but it's loose design demands a lot of patience - probably still worth a look if your want something on the cheap.
