StopIt! is a Home Alarm System and more. Running quietly in the background while you're away, StopIt! turns your Mac into a completely self-contained home alarm system. It monitors audio input devices, your mouse, your keyboard and floppy drives connected to your computer. Our Review:StopIt! is a very cool piece of home security software that really does have a practical (and achieveable) purpose. StopIt! can monitor any or all of the following; audio inputs, key-presses, mouse-movement, and floppy-insertion. StopIt! works just as you would expect a burglar alarm to work; a set-delay and trigger-delay can be set and all notification alarms are customisable. There is even a Panic button and the ability to use StopIt! as a baby monitor. Great stuff for home or office. |
