CalCountNote has 5 integrated components: Calendar - a monthly calendar with a digital clock and an hourly chime. Countdown - a realtime Days, Hours Minutes and Seconds countdown to the date of your choice. Notes - a general notepad for collecting To Dos and other important ideas you want to save. Day Notes (notes associated with a date) are just one click away and have a weekly view too. Timers - so you remember to take breaks or whatever. Automatic repetitions too! All five components emphasize small desktop size and easy click-to-use philosophy. Our Review: CalCountNote is a calendar program with a few extra organisational features. The calendar allows dates to have notes allocated to them which can be viewed as diary entries in the 'weekly view' screen. Also included are timers that can be set up to count the days, hours, minutes, and seconds to that important anniversary or New Year celebration. A simpler egg-timer type timer is also included that can be set to continuously repeat (useful perhaps to remind office workers to take their 10 sec micro-pauses to prevent RSI/OSS). Its small size and minimal memory requirements make CalCountNote a useful tool.
