The interface consists only of a small control strip (similar to the Apple Control Strip) with 4 buttons to access the phone-book, the calendar & scheduler, the to-do list, and the preferences. There are no clunky buttons like "find" or "search" - BayTex Organix will reduce the list down to matching listings based on what you type into the input field. Looks great and is no hassle to use.
