Bookit can import from iCab, Netscape, and Internet Explorer - allowing you then to edit the names, links, menu-order, and folder-hierarchy of all your links. A common bookmark file can be created to share between all your browsers, which also allows bookmark lists to be backed-up and restored whenever necessary. A smooth interface and capable tool.
