Interarchy
Interarchy is a powerful and flexible Internet interface for Mac OS. It can download files via FTP and HTTP, search the Internet to find the files you want, provide a wealth of information about your Internet connection, help manage remote servers and let you remotely control your Macintosh across the Internet. The latest version, 3.8, adds improved and reorgainzed connection diagnostics, custom interfaces called wands, reorganized menus, seven UNIX-like daemons, and a new name. Our Review: Interarchy is a powerful FTP/HTTP download utility with many extra features that could be suited to internet administrators wishing to test access paths and speeds across the internet. Interarchy will perform most system tasks such as pinging, fingering, checking dns server listings, sending 'whois' commands, and tracing routes, etc. Interarchy also provides an interface between your web, email, telnet, and news programs, and will download all page content information if you enter a webpage address. Very powerful, very comprehensive and obviously a very useful tool for FTP/HTTP and internet networking.
