Doublet Scan is a fast and professional way to find all the duplicates in your hard disks, and more! Doublet Scan 3.3.0 is for PowerPC machines only. If you have an older machine you must use the 2.5 version. Added a new window named "Custom search" that allows you to set dozens of filters' criteria to search for any item on your hard disks and more! Now you can search for duplicate folders, aliases, invisible items, compressed files! Try it and you will not go without it! Our Review: Doublet Scan allows you to search the contents of a directory to find duplicates, empty folders, or unique files based on filters for name, size, creator, type etc. This allows you to free up space on your drive should you wish to delete some of the multiple matches found. Doublet Scan allows multiple search tasks to be performed and will give an info summary of the total size and number of files found. Files can be 'marked' in a variety of colours and sorted by markings to allow advanced considerations in what to delete or move to a new location. An Actions Batch manager allows automatic changes to be performed to search results - duplicate files can be renamed consecutively, for example. A vital tool for advanced file management.
