Noter is a program for musicians and music learners based on the Palm Computing(r) Platform. It provides a highly-efficient and professional musical editor which allows you to note down music wherever you might be. Noter is distributed under the shareware system. This means that you can try out the program for free. Once you have tested it, you must register it or delete it. In the unregistered version of Noter you can not save songs nor use the metronome.
