Sound Library allows you to easy create and manage your collections of WAV files. Sound Library has the ability to play and record WAV files, copy, move, rename and delete files. Our Review: An all in one utilty for anyone into Wavs. It allows you to play, record and catalogue Wavs. You can also rename them and move them to different folders, and also assign sounds for Windows events. Its a little bit minimalistic, and users will either like its dependancy on Wavs or loathe it for not encorporating MP3s.
