What we have here is a CD ripper, WAV to MP3 encoder and MP3 to WAV decoder that IS simple, easy and effective. Allows for a wide variety of recording options (supports a wide variety of Bit rates for MP3s), as well as Mono, Stereo, and Joint stereo. AND it has a MP3 player, which is skinnable. In addition to all this, Simple somehow manages to remain a very small download (fits right in your pocket). This program is also free, so if you haven't clicked download by now, we have just dispatched some hired thugs to come around and deal to you! Also comes with an MP3 player too.
