As a somewhat inexperienced user I found MAGIX extremely easy to get into with a simple layout and extremely inuitive controls that get you slicing, splitting, stretching and fading samples quickly and easily. It may not be as advanced as some others out there, but MAGIX is still a powerful and extremely well-designed program - perfect for wannabe musos everywhere.
