Rosoft CD Extractor is a program you can create wave and mp3 files from. It works for Windows 95/98 and NT 4 (Probably Windows 2000 to). It uses Windows CODEC for wave files and BLADEENC.DLL for mp3 compression or external mp3 console programs such as x3enc.exe or plugger.exe. You must have a sound card for storing wave files and for playing. This is a cool looking program. It's also a program with a good user interface. Our Review: Rosoft CD Extractor is an extremely functional CD ripper and MP3 encoder. It has CDDB capabilities to download track titles for your CD collection and view all relevant info in the CD display. Includes built-in CD Player and MP3 encoder but has the ability to use external MP3 encoders such as Xing MP3.
