GoldWave is a sound editor, player, recorder, and converter for Windows. You can use it to make sounds for website, answering machine messages, or even record your own CDs (when used with CD Recorder software). Our Review: Goldwave is one of the more enduring audio applications. Its first arrival around 1996 signalled the beginning of the PC audio era, which has since grown to monumental proportions. The most recent version of Goldwave never fails to impress with its ability to edit all formats of music ranging from real time editing of MP3 through to the simple task of editing small Wav files. This, when mixed with the wide range of effects and distortions the package offers, ensures that even the most hard-core effects fan will not go unsatisfied. Highly Recommended.
