Our Review: JOC MP3 is a web-based MP3 searcher, which inevitably means your search will give you an encouragingly large list of HTTP and (mostly) FTP links to click on and download lulling you into a false sense of hope. Unfortunately this hope is soon shattered by the miserably small ration of working links to duds, resulting in lots of meaningless clicking as you search in vain for a download that works. It also means you can't search by artist and the file information given is paltry compared the useful info produced by many of the file-sharing utilities. Not a bad program, but not in the same league as Napster.
