Waver converts WAV files to either WAV or MP3 using Windows ACM, Blade MP3 encoder and LAME MP3 encoder. Waver is a multiprocessor converter. It will always utilize a 100% of your processors' time. It is also a batch converter because it can be configured to run minimized and consume only your machines idle time leaving the rest to your normal operation. Our Review:If you've got CD's full of music that you wan't to turn into MP3's and have allready ripped onto your hard-drive in WAV format, then Waver is the program for you! All you have to do is choose all of the WAV's and Waver can batch convert them all to a format of your choice. It even has multiprocessor support! Great, if a little lacking in other features. |
