MP3 Mystic arose from a need to listen to my Music Collection (Files legally compressed from CD's as well as Legal MP3's off the web) while at work. Prior to this project I would lug my MP3 Player to and from work. Now, I leave it connected to my home network, and still have access to my entire library. MP3Mystic is for anyone who wants to listen to their music collection remotely, or who want to share their music (remember to only share music you have the rights to, for example music from your band). You can easily set up MP3 Mystic to only allow access from certain IP Addresses, or to allow anyone access (banning certain IP Addresses). Our Review: MP3mystic generates html file listings for your computer, configurable of course, transfers MP3 files and creates MPU files for streaming. Extremely easy to set up; start the program and your away. Many options to play with. Three versions exist; freeware/one user and severly limited, shareware/somewhat limited, commercial/unlimited program.
