Blaze TrayAudio is a small yet very powerful media player for enjoying all of your favorite music and audio files. Trimmed down so it saves on valuable system resources, Blaze TrayAudio has many advanced features for listening to music while you work or play! Blaze TrayAudio can handle the most popular sound formats, including: MPEG Audio Layer-3 (mp3), MPEG Audio Layer-2 (mp2), CD Audio Track (cda), Active Streaming Format (asf), Waveform Audio (wav), Audio Interchange Format (aif, aiff), SUN Microsystems Audio (au), Musical Instrument Digital Interface (mid, midi, rmi), Macintosh Sound Resource (snd), Raw Unsigned PCM Data (various extensions), audio playlists (asx, wax, m3u), and more, including other variations and less common formats. If you have the RealPlayer(R) software installed on your computer, Blaze TrayAudio can also play the RealAudio (ra, ram) format. Our Review: Blaze TrayAudio is another luverly lookin' audio player that fits snugly in your system tray, supports fast, easy playlist creation and comes with funky skins to choose from. However, unlike many others, Blaze TrayAudio is far from perfect. Selecting and playing tracks must be done through a playlist and the controls seem much more awkward and unresponsive than they should. It also tends to minimise itself whether you like it or not and some tracks didn't even load at all, despite working fine with other players. TrayAudio may look and sound the part but at present it just doesn't feel right.
