Silent-Bob
Silent-Bob is your personnel audio recording tool. It is wiretapping the recording-channel of your soundcard and on mouseclick it records your favourite song into a wav-file. Since Silent-Bob is latching the last couple of minutes in the RAM you will never ever miss the beginning of your favourite song. A systray-icon is displaying the current state of Silent-Bob. By clicking it with the right mouse button you will open the context menu providing you with the most important functions even without having to displaying the whole programme on the desktop. As Silent-Bob uses skins it is now possible to adopt the design according to anyone's preferences. Update-information of Silent-Bob is just a mouse click away. Our Review: Much like Kevin Smiths' pop-culture icon Silent Bob, this little audio recorder seems to do very little while it is in fact working all the time. Instead of dealing illegal substances though, this Silent Bob is always recording from your soundcard so that if you hit the record button two late you still have the preceeding minute anyway - superb. The buffer is adjustable depending on how much RAM you want to eat up while the system tray icon offers an extremely fast way to record. Once again - superb.
