This Program was created for easy editing MPEG Files. It make easy to CUT and JOIN multiple files. If You select [StartFrame] and [EndFrame] for every Job (file), when process is done, you obtain a single file with all selections included. Our Review: MPEG Scissors is a good program for editing MPEG files to start and stop where you want them to. It is relatively easy to use, just find the points in the song where you want to start and finish (the song is broken up into frames to make this easier), and then save your edited track. Its also useful for joining files and as an MP3 player. Well worth a look, as there aren't a great number of MP3 track editing tools out there (especially this small).
