Our Review: A very competent music composer which is usable by even the most novice PC user or musician. Allegro 2000 lets you compose music in the form of sheet music, and then lets you play it back. Allows you to compose parts for multiple instruments such as string instruments, keyboards, even voices. Has a range of options and features too big to list. A knowledge of the workings of sheet music would be beneficial, but it is very easy to create an interesting sounding peice regardless of musical ability. The only problem is that this demo version will let you playback your composed music only a few times. Anyone serious in making music should check this one out!
