VoiceOn is Windows based Sound processing and Editing Utility. You can basically edit *.wav file (mono and stereo) with VoiceOn, and add various effects to the original sound.Currently Special effects such as Echo,Reverberation,Chorus,Channel swap,FadeIn-Out,Noise insertion and many more can be added to improve or change the original sound. Our Review: This is an interesting program for manipulating sound files. The options presented are not particularly complex, but the whole thing is pretty well set out and straightorward to use. The graph presentation is a little defunct, but you can get some interesting results. If you're after a way to specifically alter files that you use around your PC, VoiceOn would be a good option. If you're after a tool to mess around with sound for musical purposes, Fruity Loops 2 deserves a look in.
