As the name implies, just RightClick and MP3 and choose Decode, or
RightClick a wav and choose Encode.
Our Review: A fantastic concept that unfortunately doesn't deliver as well as it could do. The program proposes to decode and encode MP3s by a simple right click on the selected file and then choosing whether to decode or encode. However, when we tried this, the program wanted us to go into DOS to perform the encoding/decoding, which takes the simplicity and speed out of what otherwise would have been an excellent product. You can get around this slightly by simply dragging the sound file and dropping it on the excecutable in the program's installed directory, or the developer suggests that you can fool around with your command.com settings (re:readme).
