This package contains the demoversion of the Fraunhofer IIS MPEG Layer-3 command line encoder (MP3ENCDEMO), version 3.1. Our Review:Encode your MP3's without those pesky user interfaces. MP3Enc can do all everything you could want of an encoder, in terms of varying bit rates and various input formats, and do it extremely fast. Like all command line programs, it needs a bit of learning to start off with, but once all the switches and whatnot are learnt you can sit back and bask in it's speed. The only downside is the high price, which means most casual MP3 users will be giving this one a miss. |
