The world is filled with many types of people. Each person has a different personality just as each person has different looks. We cannot fit everyone in a few boxes and say they are definitely this way or that way. Past education, environment, upbringing, and even birth signs have something to do with our personalities. We learn traits from many different people and conditions. The Plus-32 system is designed to try to sort out some of the mystery behind the applicant and see which box they best fit. If you hire or promote the wrong person for the position, you both lose. Our Review: Plus-32 is an employee testing program. You can store and print reports on all sorts of information about employees, from IQ Test results, to sales aptitude info, to personality info. While it is certainly comprehensive in what tests it can do, the package is not that well presented and is made confusing and difficult to use by a poor GUI. It does come with handy Word document that you can print off for marking tests, and there aren't many employee testing programs out there, so if you are after one, this is still worth a look.
