Version 3.1 includes stay on top, horizontal and vertical orientation, optional tray item and return to same screen position Our Review: If you have ever tried to type a document that contains those strange dots, dashes and squiggly lines that surround foreign letters, you will know how awkward it can be to insert them. Thankfully, someone has finally come to the rescue in the form of Foreign Characters. The interface is merely a small toolbar, from which you can select your language ( a choice of fourteen Western European languages is offered ), simply click on what you want and bang, it's in your document. Foreign Characters works excellently in conjunction with any windows program. This is good!
