Fastest way to write notes: Every time you want to note something, don't use your pencil but use QuickMemo. Hit the "New Note" icon and start typing. Saves your text automatically: No need to use "File Save As" - QuickMemo will automatically start saving your text after some seconds. Fast formating feature: Hit a key and mark your text as standard or header - everything you need for a fast note. Transfer your note to other applications: After pressing a key QuickMemo transfers the whole contents to the Clipboard. No text marking is necessary. Color your note individually: Use the background color feature to mark different notes. Notes stay on top of every other application: With this feature no note is lost. Keep notes as long as you want: If you close a note, it is placed as a link in the QuickMemo folder. The name of the link is based on the first few characters you have typed in the note, so you can distinguish between several notes. Read it later. Even after a shutdown the notes are not lost. So read it later. Place every note on your screen wherever you want: QuickMemo remembers position, background color etc. Send notes to other people: You've got a telephone call for your boss, it's busy and you don't want to disturb him? No big and expensive group mail system necessary. Our Review: Quick Memo is a network memo/message program. It sends RTF messages which show up as popup windows with customised colour backgrounds. There is a nice help file and the operation of the program is very straightforward. The unregistered version only supports two users and you need to send an e-mail to get the administration password before you can add users at all. Potentially a very handy tool.
