NEW IN VERSION 6.1: * Corrected problem with delinquent payment amount calculation when printing 'Sequential' payment coupons using the 'percentage of payment' option. NEW IN VERSION 6.0: * NEW Variable Rate type is now available (useful when computing schedules for ARMs, etc.) and you can optionally project a "worst-case" interest rate scenario in an Amortization Schedule. * You can now include payments for Insurance, Taxes, and Other escrow amounts in the computed schedule. * Payment Coupons (including Late Fee calculations for dates and delinquent payment amounts, if you wish) can now be printed and easily "collated" into a booklet for your borrower. * Improvements have been made to the user interface and the Amortization Schedule 'grid.' Use the Loan Calculator for 'what if' scenarios: enter any 3 of the initial loan amount, interest rate, frequency of payments, or payment amount ... the program will calculate the missing variable. Then "copy" that perfect scenario into the Amortization Schedule. Amortize loans with normal P&I or fixed principal payments on a weekly, bi-weekly, semi-monthly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, or annual basis using equal 30 day months or exact days between dates (365/365 or 365/360 basis) for the interest accruals.
