The Where Are You (WhereRU) program is designed to aid receptionists, administrators or anyone track the whereabouts of employees. It functions like an electronic version of the sign in/out whiteboard that may have been posted next to a receptionist's desk, except that this "whiteboard" is visible to all who are running WhereRU on their PC. Thus, all participants can see the signout time, destination, and anticipated return of any coworker. It does this electronically by being installed on a shared network server that is accessible to all employees. The data files are installed on the server and the program itself is then installed on each user's PC. With this program each user is able to see the current whereabouts of everyone using WhereRU. Our Review: Where Are You is an efficient employee management program for those who don't want all the hassles of an overly complex system. The setup is a breeze, and once all the employees are loaded into the database, the simple and intuitive interface hides discretely in your system tray. In addition to the standard logging in and out with reasons (Dentist, Lunch, Gone Huntin' etc.), Where Are You features simple messaging and notification making it the perfect solution for a business that needs to know who is where at all times. Highly Recommended.
