Entries are stored in encrypted files with optional password protection and OLE support allows you to embed pictures, sounds and even other documents directly in your entries. Our Review: My Personal Diary must be one of the best PIM programs available at a very cheap price. For a tiny program, it sure is loaded with features. Create your entry in a journal look-alike interface with very accessible automation tools for adding dates and times. You can even add media files like graphics and audio files onto your journal for reference. In addition to this already handy feature, you also have a "To Do" list that supports recurring schedules like birthdays, an address book to manage all your contacts and a password vault. Of course, you can print all these if you'd like a hard copy. To top things off, all these functions are nicely hidden in your system tray. Excellent.
