Black Hole Organizer is a web enabled free-form database that's been designed from the ground up to make document management easier for all. It lets you create categories and sub-categories(folders) that are meaningful to you. Templates are provided for things like names and addresses, while giving you the ability to create your own templates. Being web enabled means that any web url or email address is a live link so that site is just a click away! Killer search engine allows you to find any document fast. Has a built-in spell checker as well as a full featured editor that allows you to highlight and modify the text appearance as well. Has a "floater" that sits on your desktop that allows you to simply drag/drop your information and have it immediately added to your database without having to have the main program open. Keeps a list of url favorites as well as an address book.
Our Review: Black Hole Organizer is sort of a mixed organiser that handles your "to do" list, post it reminders and more. It is not a normal PIM with an address book but you can categorise your information into categories and even sub-categories. Other features include alarm setting and database search (ie if you're a really, really busy person). Supports web sites and email as well and you can add items by simply dragging them into its portal.
This software's licence is Shareware - Trial Version, which means that the Software is provided at no charge to the user for an evaluation period. If you would like to continue using the Software after the evaluation period, you must purchase a license (register). A single user license allows the licensee to use the Software on any one computer at any one time. Site and worldwide license arrangements may be made by contacting the author / developer.
