In the tradition of market gurus comes the Elliott Wave Analyzer II. This program uses a comprehensive forecasting technique pioneered by Ralph Nelson Elliott in the 30s and 40s. His technique recognised that many of the market trends can be attributed to "psychology swings from pessimism to optimism [on the part of the brokers] and back in a natural sequence, creating specific and measurable patterns." This program implements his analysis techniques in an astoundingly polished fashion. Data can be imported and analysed graphically - with zoom and trend tools allowing you to manipulate data with ease. A commentary window provides info on the data section in your field-of-view as per the Elliott principal and an overall forecast is easily obtained. The Elliott Wave Analyzer is powerful and well-constructed - consider this as your next analysis tool.
