Our Review: A very advanced answerphone service that will provide full message automation to any business. Call Station allows you to not only use a headset at your computer to answer and make calls, but also utilises the Microsoft Text-to-speech engine to provide intelligent answering of calls should you be unable to take the call. Integration with caller-id services mean that Call Station can have a different answer greeting for each group of callers (and personal entries in your phone book can have personal greetings). Excellent support is also provided for sending notifications if messages are left - you can have Call Station beep your pager or even send an email (with message attached). Faxes can be received/forwarded and, on top of all this, Call Station has scheduling abilities that allow you to enable/disable certain features, and change the greeting at specified times. Excellent capabilities - highly recommended.
