EZ-Forms ULTRA is the eforms and database solution for your destop, laptop, site, entire enterprise, or client base (Developer's edition). DataBase connectivity via standard .DBF data files (ODBC) coupled with electronic forms (eforms) allow total e-forms automation that is uniquely enhanced with real looking on-screen forms that print exactly like the original (if it ever even existed). Form, Scan, Hyperlinks and Database Wizards, make it a breeze! Now you can simply scan your form into EZ-Forms ULTRA, add filler fields, create a database with the wizard, and you are done! What could be easier? Import bitmapped graphic images too! Most other file types including PDF, etc. can be easily converted. We provide you access to the tools, or we can do it for you. EZ-Forms ULTRA edition includes a flat file database handler that is uniquely suited to forms applications. Multiple page forms with thousands of fields are easily implemented with the .DBF database engine, which is included. .DBF data format has been an industry "standard" for years. So much so that importing/exporting .DBF files is supported by most database handlers or reporters like Crystal Reports, MS Access, FoxPro and many others. In addition, if your are ODBC savvy, ULTRA connects to most ODBC data sources (single table) and can serve as a front end for same. Our Review: What could be easier? EZ-Forms allows you to create customer/personnel fill-in forms that can be filled out on their computer screen - thus reducing paper wastage. Creating an 'E-form' can be done from scratch, from the importation of a text document, or from scanning any existing document into the program via a TWAIN-connected scanner. Each field that you want a customer to fill out can then be simply arranged and resized next to the appropriate field label. Forms can include automatic calculations based on the customers entries - allowing the customer to see end-results in an instant. The E-forms can be easily emailed to the recipient in either the form of a standalone E-form that will incorporate the entries (so that the entire E-form can be emailed back) or as an ODBC-compliant form that will update an existing database with the results of the form-entry. It sounds somewhat complicated in this brief space, but EZ-Forms is most definitely a real winner in cutting down both on paper and data-entry costs.
