TimeCard Manager is a complete software replacement for your mechanical time clock. By installing this program onto a computer, you can manage up to 200 employee time cards. Employees can clock in and out by clicking on easy to understand icons. Program security prevents the unauthorized changing of the computer systems date and time or shutting the program down as well as preventing access to ANY other programs on the system while it is running. All employee information and time cards are encrypted preventing any tampering by employees. Time sheets can be viewed and printed showing employee hours worked and wages earned as well as their filing status. Also included is the ability to send messages between employees and management. The interface of this program is so glossy, candy-sweet, and appealing to use. Both management and employees will find the program very easy to master - plenty of information is provided and the process involved in clocking in/out is very intuitive. TimeCard manager allows excellent management of timecards - well-designed pay reports can be printed out and a message center function facilitates employee/employer communication. This demo version only allows the creation of 1 employee but the registered version supports up to 200. Try this out - you'll be impressed.
