Our Review: HiBase 2000 is a cheap 'n' cheerful databasing application geared towards personal inventory, telephone lists etc. making it suitable for the personal, small business user. Creating databases is a breeze, with several templates which should give those new to database management a nice introduction to HiBase 2000. In terms of features HiBase performs admirably, offering encryption, compression and some nice export options although the inability to browse or sort your database by field was a little disappointing. All in all HiBase 2000 performs admirably with the relatively simple set of tools given it and should provide a smaller, cheaper and much faster alternative to creating straight-forward databases than many of its pricey competitors.
