Our Review: MailRules is a powerful e-mail application that allows companies to distribute large and commonly updated files amongst its employees and clients. Installation and setup was surprisingly easy (it works much the same as an ordinary e-mail client), and once running it is simply a matter of setting up your incoming and outgoing 'rules' which give MailRules its unique functionality. As well as the expected data storage/transfer these rules can also send messages and run applications. A scheduler is also included making this a fully automated data distribution solution. Very nice indeed... but check out the professional edition for even more features.
