Task-O-Matic is comprehensive list management software that helps you to quickly organise all of your business or personal lists. It uses a fully skinned graphically rich interface with a choice of skins. For each task item, Task-O-Matic optionally allows you to give priority levels, required completion date, estimated number of days to complete, more detailed information and an associated file link. It will automatically sort your list according to the priority of each item and a task will appear at the highest priority level when the project needs to be started. After completed tasks are checked off they can be automatically moved to the end of the current list, deleted or exported to a completed list. You can have as many different lists as you like, allowing you to separate work from personal interests. This software is great in aiding you to detail, prioritise, remember and focus your tasks, which makes it a whole lot easier achieving them! Our Review: Mmm...organisational goodness... If you're an unorganised slob then you probably will want to use this program. Simply put in tasks that you have to do and then set a due date. You can have files attached to each task so when the task pops up so does the file, which is useful for assignments etc. It comes with a lovely woodgrain interior and orange instrument lighting. You'll be the most organised thing this side of the Auckland University enrolling process....
