Contact Expert is an intuitive, easy-to-use and powerful contact manager. It allows you to track all your business and personal contacts, assign contacts to different categories, filter and sort data in different ways, attach web pages and files to contacts, print customized reports and envelope labels etc. Every contact can have unlimited number of addresses, phones, emails and attached files. Contact Expert allows to dial phones, send email messages using MAPI protocol, show map of any address in the USA or Canada, open different programs such as web browsers, word processors etc. The program is fully customized, takes small resource footprint and can be placed in the Windows system tray near the system clock. Our Review: Good treatment of the address book package - simple to use with a nice interface. There are no outstanding features to speak of, but a good coverage of the basics. There is an inexplicable toolbar link to the mapquest website, however.
