Our Review: This huge, full featured issue management software is ready to use. It logs everything from the issue or problem your client has, the OS, to what you, the call centre has 'actioned' so far. These are kept in a database and can be sorted by time or priority, etc. Reports can be generated as hard-copies or sent by email. Some of the features are customisable. Especially suitable for small companies starting up an e-commerce/ISP business.
