Cut out removes a character or entire words from text. Our Review: This program is used to reformat text files. It can get rid of those pesky >>'s, remove certain words or characters, or re-align the text. It is useful, but a backup feature should definitely have been incorporated to allow the recovery of the file you got carried away with. The layout is simply and logical.
