Our Review: Stripped back and bare of the features that make rival database design packages more effective and expensive, this package offers the basics required for the construction of a small to moderately large database. It's not particularly user friendly and there are a variety of bugs ( none of which are too harmful - just surprising and irritating ), but if you're limited by budget, then this package is most definitely well worth checking out on a trial basis.
